Mango Butter
Mango Butter has natural emollient properties, high oxidative ability, wound healing, and regenerative activity. Mango Butter has been traditionally used in the rainforests and tropics for its skin softening, soothing, moisturizing and protective properties and to restore flexibility and reduce degeneration of skin cells. It has a protective effect against UV radiation. Dermatologists often recommend Mango Butter for treatment of wrinkles, as most people who use it will notice decreased signs of aging and the disappearance of lines and wrinkles within 4 to 6 weeks of daily use.

Evening Primrose Oil
Evening primrose is a plant native to North America, but it grows in Europe and parts of the Southern hemisphere as well. It has yellow flowers that bloom in the evening. More than 30 human studies report the benefits of Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) for eczema and dermatitis. A study of 1,207 patients reported that EPO was beneficial for skin conditions, including itching, crusting, edema (fluid, swelling), and redness.

Vegetable Squalane
Squalane is a remarkable extract found in Olive Oil. It is also synthesized in the human liver, a deficiency of which results in dry skin and premature aging. Squalane Oil is unsaturated oil having a molecular structure similar to Vitamin A. Squalane Oil boosts the skins ability to naturally regenerate, nourish and hydrate the tissue. Studies have shown that Squalane Oil has a stimulatory effect on the healing process which is thought to be due to its oxidizing effect.

Fomes Officinalis (mushroom) Extract
A unique mushroom extract with strong and immediate astringent and pore-size reducing efficacy, stimulates cell renewal, strengthens dermal matrix and good moisturizing effect. It is recommended for oily skin, for pore size reduction and anti-aging properties.

Cucumis Melo (melon) Extract
More commonly known as cantaloupe or honeydew melon, Cucumis melo is a fruit that is a rich source of vitamins A, C and a wide range of various antioxidant compounds. Antioxidants fight the free radicals that harm cells, causing damage and premature aging. In other words, antioxidants in skin care products help prevent future damage and repairs past damages in cells.

Cocoa Extract
Cocoa beans contain the “feel-good” chemical anandamide, a lipophilic substance which is also naturally produced in our brain. It induces euphoria, regulates appetite and relaxes muscles. It binds to a receptor with is also present on certain skin cells. In a co-culture model with nerve and muscle cells, Cocoa Extract was shown to relax muscle contractions and improved the smoothness of the skin’s micro-relief. Cocoa thus destresses and relaxes the skin, reduces skin tension and smoothes the skin.

Cucumber Extract
The juice extracted from the vegetable is mildly astringent, yet soothing and can help reduce puffiness of the skin. Cucumber also has a slight bleaching action which aids in removing dead skin cells.

Chamomile Extract
This extract has anti-inflammatory properties and has been clinically proven to repair skin tissues. It is also considered anti-bacterial, anti-itching, soothing, antiseptic, purifying, refreshing and hypoallergenic. It has the ability to neutralize skin irritants.

Sugar
Sugar is a popular ingredient in skin care products today because it acts as a natural exfoliator, does not clog pores, helps eliminate blemishes and restores balance to skin’s oils. Sugar contains glycolic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that is crucial for maintaining healthy skin. The natural glycolic acid in sugar not only helps condition and moisturize skin, but protect it from toxins.
