Shipping Options

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Standard Shipping Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: orders outside the domestic US will be delivered within 14-21 days from ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

Priority Shipping Orders shipped via Priority Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days from ship date. Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday except major holidays).

Expedited Shipping Orders shipped via UPS Expedited are delivered within 3-5 business days of ship date. Ups Expedited orders placed by 10am PST will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for UPS Expedited shipping.

Overnight Shipping Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 11am PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days ( Monday through Friday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

Return Policy

If you purchased products from Leeina directly, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products (except discontinued items), no questions asked. This means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Leeina for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection, to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. To return your products please send the unused portion or empty containers to:

Please be sure to enclose a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is within 30 business days from the receipt date. To insure that your returns remains eligible for a refund, please have the package return postmarked before the Leeina 60 Day Money Back Guarantee expires. We recommend that you request a Delivery Confirmation from the US Post Office upon returning the products. With this option, the Post Office will give you a receipt that shows the date you returned the products to us, as well as confirmation once the package is delivered. Keep the receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. These receipts are your proof of return and act as your ‘insurance policy’ in that it guarantees you will receive a refund, even if the products are lost in the mail.

If you purchased Leeina products at a store/spa/salon, please contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at customerservice@leeina.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed at Leeina.com. Please use our Retail Locator to find the Leeina studio or spa location nearest you.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Temporarily out of stock / Backordered items:

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges via the originally selected ship method. The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method selected.

If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).

Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at customerservice@leeina.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: Items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotional offers. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted towards purchases associated with promotional offers.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We reserve the right to limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $1000 per customer, per day.
